We ship our products via DHL parcel shipping with tracking, so you can always keep an eye on the package. Shipping is from Germany.

How long is the delivery time?
The production time is normally 1-3 days and the delivery time 3-7 days
Can I return the product?
Yes, you have 14 days to exercise your right of cancellation. You just have to inform us in writing beforehand! We will then give you information about where to send the package.
The exception to this rule are personalized products, as they were created especially for you.
What do I have to take into account?
Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
Which size should I order?
You will find a size chart for each item of clothing. If you are unsure about the size, take your favorite item and measure its width.
What about the sustainability of the products?
We deliberately chose the "Print on Demand" model because it eliminates the need for unnecessary overproduction! It is only produced when it is ordered. This ensures sustainable production.
Is the print high quality and sustainable?
Our products are produced using a highly efficient printer that uses a fixing fluid to provide the best conditions for a long-lasting product.
A water-based substrate and environmentally friendly ink avoid chemical substances and strengthen the idea of sustainability.
📌 Note: If your product has a vinegar-like smell, you can be sure that this is a positive thing. Using an organic fixing liquid ensures that the motif has an optimal hold on your textile.
After the first wash the smell is no longer present.

What do I need to consider when caring for it?
Washing instructions before washing
You should turn the garment "inside out" before washing - in practice this means turning the inside of the product inside out. The advantage of this is that the printed outside is protected from the friction of the drum and the quality of your new product is maintained in the long term.
Furthermore, this garment may only be washed at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius, please do not tumble dry and only iron inside out.
Odor and residue disappear after the first wash.
